Description

This self-directed e-learning course has been produced in partnership with the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario (ADO). It will provide emergency responders with information to better assist people with disabilities and special needs.  The course will also provide participants with an understanding of the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service.

How to Save Your Course Progress:

  • Keep the EMO Training Portal open: When you start a course in a new tab, make sure the original EMO Training Portal tab stays open in your browser while working on the course.
  • Exit course first: Always close the course tab itself before closing anything else.
  • Portal close (after course exit): Once you have exited the course, you may safely close the EMO Training Portal tab.

Important: If you close the EMO Training Portal before exiting the course, your progress will not be saved.
